Greg joined Spear in 2023 after having served on Spear’s Advisory Board the prior two years and having been a friend of the Company for nearly 10 years. Prior to joining Spear, Greg enjoyed a 30+ year career in investment banking and consulting, having worked at Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney, CIT Group, Ernst & Young and Huron Consulting Group, with a nearly exclusive focus on the healthcare industry. Greg earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
