Zinel earned a degree in Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa, FL, after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from KJ Somaiya College of Physiotherapy, Mumbai, in 2022.
She has actively participated in numerous sports-related research projects, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of exercise and nutrition throughout her academic journey.
On her path to becoming a Certified Advanced Yoga Teacher, Zinel integrates yoga and holistic practices into her approach to health and wellness. She has also completed advanced training in therapeutic techniques, including Functional and Sports Kinesio Taping and Neuro-Dynamic Technique (NDT).
With clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neurologic, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, women’s health, and community rehabilitation, Zinel provides comprehensive patient-centric care based on the needs of the patient.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys Indian classical dancing, loves exploring cafes, indulging in culinary experiences, live music, hiking, and traveling.
