Sreeja is a New York State–licensed physical therapist and member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and completed a Master of Science in Exercise Science at Long Island University, where she focused on biomechanics, motor control, and evidence–based practice. Sreeja maintains current BLS/CPR certification and has pursued continuing education in Instrument–Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, RockTape kinesiology taping, and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training.
Sreeja’s clinical background centers on outpatient orthopedics, complemented by experience across pediatric and neurologic populations. She is skilled in comprehensive movement assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and gait and balance training. Her approach blends precise diagnosis with progressive loading strategies—helping patients reduce pain, build resilient strength, and return to the activities they value. She has a special interest in shoulder and knee conditions, spine care for posture– and transition–related pain, and post–operative rehabilitation. Sreeja’s sessions emphasize clear education, home–program design, and measurable outcomes so patients understand the “why” behind every intervention.
Outside the clinic, Sreeja is passionate about preventive care, strength training, and empowering people with simple, sustainable movement habits. She enjoys collaborating on community wellness initiatives and keeps a curious eye on emerging research that improves patient care. When she’s not in the clinic, you might find her practicing Bharatanatyam, exploring New York’s neighborhoods, or testing new recipes. Above all, Sreeja believes great physical therapy is personal: a partnership that meets patients where they are today and guides them—step by step—toward confident, long–term function.
We pride ourselves on providing the most personalized physical therapy experience—setting a new standard of care that combines best-in-class clinical care with a patient-first mindset.
