Sonal earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from K J Somaiya College of Physiotherapy in Mumbai, India. With experience spanning acute care, outpatient rehabilitation, and home-based therapy, she has worked with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, treating a wide range of neurological, orthopedic, and post-surgical conditions.
Sonal takes a holistic, hands-on approach to patient care, focusing on identifying the root cause of injuries to create individualized treatment plans that restore strength, mobility, and function. She specializes in pediatric neuro and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, fall prevention, gait training, and soft tissue mobilization. Whether helping an athlete return to sport, guiding a patient through post-surgical rehab, or working on chronic pain management, she is dedicated to ensuring each patient regains confidence in their movement.
Outside of work, Sonal enjoys reading, dancing, painting, and making people laugh. She believes in the importance of movement in all aspects of life and strives to help her patients return to the activities they love. She is excited to bring her expertise to Spear and provide compassionate, results-driven care for her patients.
