Scott graduated from Northeastern University where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science with a Psychology minor. During his time at Northeastern, Scott performed research examining the reliability of balance assessments with community-dwelling individuals with intellectual disabilities. He also served one year as the president of his fraternity, Beta Theta Pi.
He has treated patients in the outpatient orthopedic setting across the country, from Honolulu to Boston, exposing him to a variety of treatment ideologies. Scott uses a holistic approach with his care, looking up and down the body chain to reduce pain and create synergy of movements for optimal long-term outcomes. He has significant experience treating patients with acute and chronic low back, neck, and knee pain.
Scott has a special interest in working with patients that experience chronic pain and empowering and teaching these individuals to effectively manage their symptoms independently. When not in the clinic, he enjoys traveling, hiking, surfing, and watching football on Sundays.
