Samiya earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from the University of Florida, where she was also a member of a competitive dance team during her time there. Following that, she earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro University. With extensive clinical experience, Samiya has specialized in pelvic health, treating both male and female patients, and has also worked in the inpatient rehab setting addressing complex neurologic diagnoses. She also has experience treating patients with orthopedic impairments in the outpatient setting.
Samiya is dedicated to applying evidence-based practices to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals. She is passionate about providing holistic care, emphasizing the integration of physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors to create comprehensive treatment plans. Her approach ensures that each patient’s unique needs are addressed, fostering overall well-being and optimal recovery.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, spending time with her dog, and staying active through yoga and Pilates.
