Parsis earned her Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree in India in 2023 and completed her Master of Science in Exercise Science at Long Island University, Brooklyn in May 2025. As a licensed physical therapist in New York State, she specializes in sports injury rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and post‑operative recovery. Parsis works with athletes and active individuals facing acute and overuse injuries, helps patients with dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders using evidence‑based vestibular interventions like gaze stabilization and repositioning maneuvers, and guides post‑surgical patients through structured recovery to safely regain mobility and function.
She has a strong understanding of human biomechanics and movement mechanics, which allows her to develop tailored treatment plans that optimize recovery and performance. Through biomechanical assessment—such as gait and posture analysis, kinetic and kinematic evaluation—Parsis identifies movement inefficiencies or compensatory patterns and crafts individualized plans using corrective exercise, manual therapy, strength training, and functional retraining. This holistic approach not only accelerates rehabilitation but also helps prevent future injury and enhances overall movement quality.
Outside the clinic, Parsis brings the same adventurous spirit to her personal life: she engages in a variety of sports, practices meditation, and recently began learning guitar with curiosity and enthusiasm. She loves reading books by the seaside and finds inspiration in writing original poems and relatable quotes. Drawn to new experiences and creative self‑expression, she embraces life with openness, reflection, and delight in the everyday.
We pride ourselves on providing the most personalized physical therapy experience—setting a new standard of care that combines best-in-class clinical care with a patient-first mindset.
