Nisarga earned her Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Mississippi State University, where she was named to the Dean’s List, and her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from JSS College of Physiotherapy in India. Active in athletics and leadership during her undergraduate years, she developed a strong foundation in movement and performance that continues to shape her clinical practice. Guided by her belief in restoring movement, building strength, and inspiring wellness, she combines academic knowledge and athletic experience to provide patient-centered care.
Her clinical background spans both the United States and India, with experience in orthopedic, sports, and neurological rehabilitation. In the U.S., she trained at Columbus Orthopaedic Clinic, where she assisted with evaluations, therapeutic exercises, and recovery programs. In India, she gained experience managing patients with joint replacements, spinal conditions, sports injuries, and neurological impairments. Nisarga emphasizes pain reduction and functional recovery through manual therapy and evidence-based exercise, helping patients regain mobility and confidence.
At Mississippi State, she participated in research on exercise physiology and rehabilitation and continues to expand her skills with certifications in cupping therapy, IASTM, and taping. Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton and cricket, strength training, and baking, and values an active and fulfilling lifestyle that mirrors the goals she promotes for her patients.
