Nermin holds a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Hofstra University and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Brooklyn College, giving her a strong foundation in human movement and rehabilitation to effectively guide individuals through recovery.
Since graduating, Nermin has focused her career on adult orthopedic cases, specializing in upper extremity injuries, while also working with pediatric patients in both orthopedic and early intervention. She is passionate about treating cervical, shoulder, and upper extremity neuromuscular and musculoskeletal injuries. To further enhance her expertise, Nermin is pursuing certifications in Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) and lymphedema management.
