Natalie is a pelvic floor physical therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Northeastern University in 2014 and began her career in New York City working in outpatient orthopedics. During this time, she frequently treated patients with chronic lower back pain, hip pain and overuse injuries, which led her to recognize the critical but often overlooked role of the pelvic floor in musculoskeletal health. This realization inspired her to transition into pelvic health, where she has since dedicated her career.
Natalie combines her orthopedic foundation with advanced pelvic floor training to provide comprehensive whole person care. She treats a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, prenatal and postpartum recovery, painful intercourse, diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse. She is passionate about supporting patients through what can often feel like an overwhelming and deeply personal journey, and she strives to create a safe, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, empowered and motivated to reach their goals.
She has completed extensive continuing education in pelvic health and is a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). In addition, she has significant experience providing virtual care, expanding access to patients wherever they are.
Outside of her clinical work, Natalie is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and registered prenatal yoga teacher (RPYT). She draws on this background to incorporate movement, breathwork and mindfulness into her care when appropriate, supporting her patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys being with her husband, son and their dog, Goldie. She also loves practicing yoga, cooking, working on creative projects around the house and spending weekends in the summer at the Jersey shore where she grew up.
