Mitali was born and raised in the Middle East with roots in Mumbai, India. She earned her Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from Manipal University in Karnataka, India, before completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University in California. Her global upbringing and education have shaped her perspective, allowing her to connect with people from diverse backgrounds both personally and professionally.
In her clinical experience, Mitali has worked with a wide range of patients, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as geriatric patients and those with neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions. She is passionate about developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals. As an LSVT BIG-certified therapist, she also specializes in treating individuals with movement disorders. Her focus is always on empowering patients to regain independence and enhance their quality of life.
Beyond her work, Mitali’s zest for life is reflected in her many passions. An avid dancer and choreographer, she enjoys expressing herself through movement and creativity. She also has a deep love for travel and adventure, whether it is exploring national parks, hiking scenic trails, diving into water sports, or solving escape rooms. Her passion for photography allows her to capture and cherish these experiences, creating lasting memories along the way.
