Matthew Greenberg is a licensed physical therapist who earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Long Island University. He became a physical therapist because of his passion for helping people move better, recover from injury, and get back to the activities they love.
He has experience working with patients of all ages—from adolescents to older adults—and enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions. Matthew has worked with athletes across many sports, including soccer, basketball, baseball, martial arts, dance, tennis, football, weightlifting, wrestling, skiing, volleyball, hockey, and more. His approach goes beyond recovery—he provides return-to-sport testing to make sure athletes are truly ready to get back to competition, and he teaches injury-prevention strategies to help reduce the risk of reinjury. Whether someone is recovering from surgery, dealing with a sports injury, or simply looking to move with less pain, Matthew creates personalized treatment plans that focus on strength, function, and long-term wellness.
When he’s not working with patients, Matthew stays active with mixed martial arts, weight lifting, cycling, and hiking. He also enjoys reading and playing board games in his free time. Matthew brings the same energy and dedication to his personal interests as he does to his work, and he loves helping people reach their goals while making rehab a positive, motivating experience.
