Physical Therapist - PT, DPT, WCS, CLT

Kelsey Contreras, PT, DPT, WCS, CLT

Kelsey is a board-certified Women and Men’s Health Physical Therapist, a certified ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Specialist, and a certified lymphedema therapist. She is a graduate of Baylor’s nationally accredited Women’s Health Residency Program through Texas Women’s University in Dallas, TX and after spending 2 years in the Hudson Valley, she returned to Buffalo, where she is originally from.
Kelsey enjoys combining her experience in orthopedics with pelvic health so men and women can improve their quality of life and safely return to exercise. She treats a variety of pelvic health diagnoses including pain with pregnancy, postpartum restoration and strengthening, bowel and bladder incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction in women. Kelsey has also done additional training in running analysis and sports injury rehabilitation. As a former competitive athlete, she understands how frustrating it is to be limited in any sort of exercise training.  Her favorite part of her job is the ability to build relationships with her patients while helping them regain function, reach their goals and build confidence in their abilities.
In her free time, Kelsey loves spending time with her husband, son and dog, Butter in beautiful Western New York, hiking, checking out local coffee shops and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
