Julia earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. John’s University in Queens, New York.
Through A.T. Still, she was able to work with patients in many populations including those with pelvic health conditions, neurological conditions, patients in long-term care, elite long distance runners, and those with general orthopedic conditions. She has pelvic health training and certifications through Herman and Wallace and has plans to become an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in order to enhance her skills and provide the best care possible. Her passion lies in the rehabilitation of long distance runners.
Originally from Pasadena, California, Julia enjoys spending her time camping in national parks, running marathons, going to the movies, reading, and exploring cafes and restaurants around the city—feel free to give her your recommendations! Some of her personal goals include walking the Camino de Santiago and running all six World Major Marathons.
