Joshua has received a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Touro University in Long Island, NY. While studying at Touro University, Josh participated in conducting a research study focusing on foot posture and its role on overall balance abilities.
Over the course of five clinical rotations, Josh has gained experience treating patients with various athletic, orthopedic, neurologic, and post-operative conditions. As well, he has treated patients of all age groups ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. He is an advocate for injury prevention and has participated in running analyses for various levels of athletes and has completed assessments of fall risks for people with balance impairments. Josh intends to participate in continuing education with a manual focus facilitating effective treatment of joint and soft tissue dysfunction. In addition, Josh desires to pursue an OCS over the course of his career.
Josh is a native of Bayside, Queens. He has a strong passion for athletics and enjoys playing basketball recreationally, as well as attending sporting events with friends. He is a social person who enjoys interacting with his patients and applying their personal goals into his treatment approaches.
