Jeremy B. Crow is the Director of Clinical Service and Residency Programs at Spear. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a Sports Medicine emphasis from Florida State University, where he distinguished himself as a scholarship Student Athletic Trainer. Jeremy further honed his expertise through an internship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL before pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York University.
In 2009, Jeremy was awarded certification as a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Jeremy is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Full Body Active Release Techniques Provider. Demonstrating his dedication to global sports medicine, Jeremy served as a field of play medical volunteer physical therapist for the volleyball venue (Maracanãzinho) during the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games.
As the founding program director for both Spear’s Sports and Orthopedic Residencies, Jeremy has played a pivotal role in shaping advanced clinical training programs. His thought leadership extends to contributions in the Reader’s Digest publication, Managing Pain, as well as numerous articles focused on hip and sports rehabilitation. Jeremy serves on the American Board Physical Therapy Residency Fellowship Education (ABPTRFE) site reviewer and is a member of the Residency Candidacy Council.
