Clinical Director - PT, DPT, OCS

Jamie Golubitsky, PT, DPT, OCS

New Jersey - Paramus

Jamie graduated summa cum laude with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Drexel University after receiving her degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Applied Kinesiology from Rutgers University. She is a member of the APTA Orthopedics Section.

While at Drexel, Jamie completed clinical rotations in outpatient orthopedics where she treated various sport and non-sport related injuries and completed functional training with patients needing to return to physically demanding jobs. She also completed a rotation in vestibular rehabilitation, where she treated patients rehabilitating from concussions, with balance impairments, and those with differing forms of vertigo. She appreciates the ability to bring her knowledge of the vestibular system to an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Jamie grew up competitively dancing and playing soccer. The combination of these activities allowed her to appreciate how a well-rounded approach to physical fitness can help prevent injuries. She was a member of the Rutgers Performing Dance Company in college and played intramural soccer throughout her undergraduate and graduate schooling. She continues to enjoy these activities and also stays active by running, weight-lifting, yoga, and skiing.

Jamie aims to provide individualized, thorough care to all of her patients. Her goal is to help patients overcome physical and mental barriers to achieve maximal function and to return to the things they love. In addition to providing care in a clinical setting, Jamie supports individuals’ pursuits to be active by participating as a medical volunteer for events such as the NYC Marathon and the Penn Relays.
