Hima graduated from Seth GS Medical College Kem Hospital in 2017, embarking on a journey to make a difference in healthcare. Specializing in orthopedics, musculoskeletal injuries, sports rehabilitation and post-operative recovery, she continually refines her skills to provide personalized care. In 2019, Hima earned the title of Certified McKenzie Practitioner, and is currently pursuing a diploma in McKenzie Therapy, demonstrating her dedication to staying at the forefront of her field. Hima furthered her education by completing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Long Island University, Brooklyn, in 2024, enhancing her understanding of human movement and performance optimization.
With a holistic approach, Hima ensures each patient receives individualized attention, believing in the importance of connection and understanding. Through meticulous assessment and accurate diagnosis, she strives to provide clarity and insight into each patient’s condition, fostering a sense of empowerment and ownership over their health journey. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she extended her services to ICU care and embraced virtual platforms to continue patient care, demonstrating her resilience and compassion.
Hima’s passion extends beyond her profession. She finds joy in exploring new places, trying new recipes, and engaging in outdoor activities like hiking. Additionally, she enjoys the therapeutic benefits of dance and remains active through workout and exploring new adventures. On weekends, she delights in trying new restaurants and exploring different neighborhoods, fostering a balanced lifestyle of adventure and relaxation. She strives to positively impact the lives of others through her caring nature and continuous pursuit of knowledge and growth.
