Heli earned her Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree from India and graduated in 2023. She is currently expanding her expertise by pursuing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science at Long Island University, Brooklyn, and is expected to graduate in December 2025. As a licensed physical therapist in the state of New York, Heli is dedicated to helping individuals restore movement, reduce pain, and regain confidence in their daily lives.

With extensive experience treating patients with neurological conditions, pediatric cases, musculoskeletal injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation, Heli brings a well-rounded approach to patient care. She has a strong understanding of human biomechanics and movement mechanics, which allows her to develop tailored treatment plans that optimize recovery and performance. Certified in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Pilates-based rehabilitation (with a specialized focus on prenatal and postnatal care), she integrates various techniques to ensure the best outcomes for her patients. Her philosophy is rooted in patient-centered care and evidence-based practice, creating an environment where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Beyond her clinical practice, Heli has a deep passion for movement and artistic expression. She is a certified Bharatanatyam dancer and enjoys exploring different dance forms as a creative outlet. She also loves discovering scenic locations where she can spend peaceful moments soaking in nature’s beauty. An avid admirer of art and culture, she frequently visits art and craft museums, finding inspiration in diverse artistic expressions.
