Gregory earned his bachelor’s in Psychology from the City College of New York. After attending Focus Personal Training Institute, and obtaining his American Council on Exercise (ACE) certification, he began working as a personal trainer at Equinox Fitness Club. From there, Gregory earned his Physical Therapy Assistant Associate’s degree at Nassau Community College.
With over 5 years of hands-on experience in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient and inpatient acute care. Gregory has helped clients return to the activities they love. Gregory has experience working with musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical operation rehab, chronic-acute pain, and fall prevention. This background has shaped a well-rounded approach to care, emphasizing communication, trust and personalized treatment. He understands that patient education and solid communication is the foundation to build a solid road towards recovery.
Born and raised in Elmhurst, Queens, Gregory recently moved to Brooklyn where he is enjoying exploring his new neighborhood. In his free time he enjoys bouldering, kickboxing, movies and learning random scientific fun facts.
