George is a recent Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, Miami campus. He also holds two bachelor’s degrees from Kean University—one in Biology with a concentration in Cellular and Molecular Genetics, and the other in Health Professions. Throughout his clinical rotations, he gained hands-on experience in both orthopedic and neurological settings, working with a diverse patient population. During his doctoral studies, he contributed to a research team that published a study titled “Effects of Year-Long Virtual Boxing on Balance, Fatigue, and Fear in Individuals with Parkinson’s Disease.”
Having both a strong academic background and hands-on experience has provided a strong foundation for his career in physical therapy, with a continued passion for patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
Looking ahead, he plans to pursue certifications in both Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) to further elevate the level of care he provide. He is especially passionate about working with patients who have athletic backgrounds, including those involved in basketball and mixed martial arts. With over a decade of personal experience training in Muay Thai, he brings a unique understanding of the physical and mental demands of combat sports.
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys cooking, weightlifting, training in Muay Thai, golfing, and spending quality time with his dog, Basha.
We pride ourselves on providing the most personalized physical therapy experience—setting a new standard of care that combines best-in-class clinical care with a patient-first mindset.
