Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in central New Jersey, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from TCNJ, and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University.
Much of my clinical experience has included working with both active and aging adults, to improve function and performance following both surgical and non-surgical related orthopedic injuries. I also have experience working with patients with neurological conditions related to brain and spinal cord injuries. Regardless of the diagnosis, I enjoy working hard with each patient to move them towards their goals.
Prior to becoming a physical therapist I also had a career as a strength and conditioning coach, working with a variety of high school, college, and professional athletes. Outside of work my interests include surfing, weightlifting, watching the Mets, and being outdoors with my dog.
We pride ourselves on providing the most personalized physical therapy experience—setting a new standard of care that combines best-in-class clinical care with a patient-first mindset.
