Elvis earned his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Howard University and his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. During his time at Howard, he was inducted into the Occupational Therapy Honor Society, demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence and professional development.
With over eight years of experience as a hand therapist, Elvis specializes in the treatment of upper extremity conditions, including overuse tendinopathies, tendon and nerve repairs, fractures, and arthritis. He is highly skilled in custom orthosis fabrication for both immobilization and mobilization, utilizing a variety of static and dynamic progressive splinting techniques. Before focusing on hand therapy, he worked in skilled nursing facilities, helping individuals regain functional independence through comprehensive occupational therapy interventions.
Outside of work, Elvis enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid soccer player and enjoys biking throughout the city.
