Drishti received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from GS Medical College & KEM Hospital in Mumbai, graduating as valedictorian of her class in 2023. She went on to complete her Master’s in Exercise and Health Sciences at the University of Houston–Clear Lake in 2025, where her graduate research focused on vestibular rehabilitation strategies for young soccer athletes.
During her clinical training at KEM Hospital, Drishti gained hands-on experience in high-acuity hospital settings, working across neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary departments. She provided direct patient care in ICU units and pre-natal wards, focusing on early mobilization and respiratory physical therapy for critically ill patients. Her rotations allowed her to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize recovery and prevent complications. Her internship at an outpatient clinic in Houston expanded her perspective, where she developed proficiency in electronic medical records and observed advanced manual therapy techniques in orthopedic and post-surgical care.
Drishti’s passion lies in orthopedic rehabilitation, and she plans to pursue OCS certification to deepen her expertise. Outside the clinic, Drishti enjoys hiking nature trails, experimenting with new recipes, and taking spontaneous road trips with her partner.
