Charvi earned her advanced degree in Physiotherapy specializing in Neurosciences from Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, India. Her growing interest in research and movement science led her to pursue further education in Exercise Science at Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas. While there, she was involved in several research projects, including work on BFR training protocols, EMG studies of spinal muscle activity, and the usability of neurocognitive mobile applications in individuals with Parkinson’s disease, some of which have been presented at national and regional conferences.
Charvi enjoys taking slow walks through nature and learning about local flora, something she picked up after moving to the U.S. and missing the garden she left behind. She especially looks forward to blueberry season on the trails. She’s also rediscovered her love for photography and has been exploring New York’s light roast coffee scene, one pour-over at a time.
