Cameron earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Columbia University. As a physical therapy student, he was one of several hand-picked students to participate in Columbia RunLab and receive extensive training in running analysis and running specific rehabilitation. Cameron also served as one of the class student-faculty liaisons, completed an interprofessional education and practice fellowship, and worked as a research collaborator on a systematic review. As an undergraduate student, Cameron participated in the University of Maryland Sports Medicine program and worked alongside physical therapists and athletic trainers for the Track and Field program.
Cameron has always been active and played soccer recreationally from preschool to college and loves spending time in the outdoors hiking and kayaking around upstate New York. While a graduate student he ran two half-marathons continues to train for the next race opportunity. Weekends are also spent helping out at his girlfriend’s family farm upstate that includes chickens, ducks, and 3 Labrador retrievers.
Cameron’s clinical experiences include a plethora of outpatient affiliations across New York City. These helped refine his orthopedic skills and affirm his love of orthopedic physical therapy. Building on his experiences in as an undergraduate and graduate student, he continues to pursue continuing opportunities in sports physical therapy.
