Ashley earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology and her Bachelor of Health Sciences from James Madison University. While in graduate school, she was an active member of the Student Occupational Therapy Association, promoting professional development and collaboration within the OT community. Ashley has clinical experience across various settings, including inpatient rehabilitation and pelvic floor therapy.
She currently specializes in treating pelvic conditions, including prenatal and postpartum care, pelvic pain, and bowel and bladder dysfunction. Her passion for pelvic health stems from understanding the profound impact these conditions can have on a person’s confidence, independence, and overall well-being. To deepen her expertise, Ashley has completed continuing education in pelvic health through Herman & Wallace and plans to continue pursuing advanced specialized training in this area. Ashley’s approach to care combines evidence-based practice with empathy and individualized treatment, ensuring that each patient receives holistic, patient-centered care.
Outside the clinic, Ashley enjoys hiking, reading, practicing yoga, lifting weights, traveling, and gardening, all of which support her own sense of balance and wellness.
