Anjelica Morell, PTA

Anjelica obtained her associates in applied science from LaGuardia Community College completing the Physical Therapy Assistant Program. While graduating, Anjelica received the award for outstanding achievement in a clinical setting. Anjelica’s inspiration for physical therapy began with her grandmother. While studying, her love grew for the field as she spent her time working as a physical therapy tech in an outpatient practice.

With over seven years of professional experience, Anjelica has worked in a variety of settings including acute, subacute, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Some of Anjelica’s clinical interests include post operative, orthopedic, and neurological disorders. Anjelica is passionate about helping others and through her vast clinical experience she has helped navigate healing for patients through every stage of recovery. She has treated a diverse variety of cases including but not limited to pain management, balance impairments, geriatric and neurological conditions. 

Anjelica was born and raised in Queens, New York and stems from Croatian and Puerto Rican roots. She is very family and friend oriented. In her personal time, Anjelica loves cooking, staying active through weight lifting, running, and waking up early Saturday mornings to attend soccer practice with her son. Anjelica also loves visiting museums, traveling, and exploring new cultures.
