Andrew earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He received his bachelor’s degree in culture and media from The New School in New York City.
Prior to Spear, Andrew gained experience in orthopedic, sports, and inpatient rehabilitation settings. His clinical training includes a rotation at Spear’s Times Square Center for Performing Arts in which he gained exposure to performing arts physical therapy and treated a variety of orthopedic conditions. Andrew also gained invaluable experience in managing postoperative sports injuries at the Hospital for Special Surgery’s Sports Medicine Institute. Additionally, he has experience in stroke, traumatic brain injury, and multi-trauma rehabilitation. Andrew is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and maintain an active lifestyle.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys staying active playing tennis, pickleball, and going to the gym. He also enjoys spending time at the beach and rooting for his South Florida sports teams. Andrew loves spending time with friends and family including his Pomchi Ollie.
