Alexis earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Movement Science from her home state, Pennsylvania, from Penn State University.
As a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association, Alexis brings a deep understanding of movement and musculoskeletal health to her practice. With a strong passion for biomechanics and injury prevention, she specializes in helping runners of all levels—from beginners to seasoned marathoners—optimize their performance and return to the sport they love.
An avid runner herself, Alexis combines her personal experience with clinical expertise to provide detailed running analyses aimed at improving form, enhancing efficiency, and reducing the risk of injury. She believes in empowering her patients through education, movement, and personalized care plans designed to support long-term success.
Outside of work, Alexis loves watching and supporting her Philadelphia sports teams, participating in rec leagues, and biking around the city. She spends most of her free time traveling back to PA to hang out with her nieces.
