Alexandra received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from New York University (NYU) and attended Stockton University for her undergraduate degree where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Health Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy and a Minor in Holistic Health.
While obtaining her doctorate degree, Alexandra became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, Rock Steady Boxing Clinician for patients with Parkinson’s Disease and Pelvic Health Level 1 Certified through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Alexandra has clinical experience across a range of settings, including several outpatient orthopedic clinics where she treated a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal and pelvic floor conditions. She also has extensive experience in multiple inpatient acute neurological rehabilitation environments, where she worked with a diverse patient population with a wide variety of neurological conditions, such as patients with spinal cord injuries, strokes, and traumatic brain injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Alexandra enjoys keeping active by teaching pilates, taking yoga and other fitness classes. Alexandra also loves being outdoors, traveling, going to the beach and concerts. You can often find her trying new foods and restaurants or at your local coffee shop!
