Aishwarya graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from NTR University of Health Sciences. She further advanced her expertise by completing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is also a certified Mulligan practitioner (CMT).
With hands-on experience in diverse healthcare settings, she has developed expertise in assessing and treating musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions. Her work spans across rehabilitation for various age groups, including pediatric patients, where she focuses on crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. In her professional experience, she has worked extensively in the Physiotherapy Outpatient Department, providing orthopedic rehabilitation for patients recovering from post-surgical hip and knee replacements, fractures, and amputations. She has also treated individuals with sports injuries especially with soccer, running, and badminton injuries. She developed personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient, helping them regain mobility, strength, and functionality. Her approach integrates therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional rehabilitation strategies to ensure the most effective outcomes for her patients.
Outside of her professional work, she is deeply passionate about dancing, particularly Indian classical dance. This hobby not only allows me to stay physically active but also connects me with the cultural significance of movement. She enjoys teaching dance in her spare time, as it gives me the opportunity to share her love for the art form while promoting the importance of physical fitness. The discipline of dance complements her physiotherapy practice, reminding me of the powerful relationship between physical activity and mental well-being. Whether through her clinical work or her dance practice, she remains committed to helping others achieve optimal health and vitality.
