Spear Performing Arts Rehabilitation Cohort for Learning and Engagement

About S.P.A.R.C.L.E

Spear's Performance Rehab Cohort for Learning and Engagement (SPARCLE) specializes in the treatment of performing artists including dancers, actors, singers, musicians and other entertainers. Our therapists are former dancers and artists themselves. They treat patients specialized in a wide variety of dance styles from ballet to folk dance. Moreover, Spear has relationships with some of the top doctors for dancers in the nation, so you're always assured the highest quality care. We want to ensure you keep moving no matter your level. We are able to provide injury risk assessment screens, injury prevention lectures, and therapist guided warm-ups with Q&A. Services are in-network with most major insurances.

Our mission

To deliver evidence-based, specialized therapy to performing artists, combining
clinical excellence with personalized care to support physical health, artistic
performance, and long-term well-being.

Bright lights, big wins!

Through SPARCLE, our clinicians are proud to support the performing arts community, keeping NYC's artists strong, healthy, and show-ready.  We're giving a special standing ovation to the incredible Broadway community: the performers, creative teams, crews, and everyone who makes the magic happen night after night. Thanks to Sparcle's expertise and support, our Broadway partners won big at the 2025 Tony Awards: Maybe Happy Ending, Sunset Boulevard, The Picture of Dorian Gray, and Operation Mincemeat all took home multiple awards.
