Nathan earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Allegany College of Maryland, and a B.S in Exercise Physiology, with an emphasis in Aquatic Therapy, from West Virginia University. He has more than 15 years of clinical experience, working primarily in outpatient orthopedic settings, where he has treated a variety of conditions, from ankle sprains, knee tendinitis, and plantar fasciitis, to poor posture, herniated discs, and other causes of neck and back pain.
Nathan is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner and has completed courses in myofascial release using RockBlades and glide cupping; TRX Suspension Training; and Pilates-based physical rehabilitation using the Pilates Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac. He incorporates a mix of manual skills and therapeutic exercises to help his patients reach their desired outcomes.
Born and raised in West Virginia, Nathan moved to New York City with his wife Karen in 2009. In his free time, he enjoys biking, strength training, and watching basketball and football. Nathan and his wife are also avid travelers. Their favorite adventures so far include Iceland and St. Lucia.
