Fenny Vajani earned a physical therapy degree from the Maharaja Sayajirao University in India. During her clinical rotation, she served in many facilities, such as in-patient, acute-subacute, and outpatient care. After receiving the degree, she owned a home care practice with an exceptional success ratio, where she helped many patients with various conditions, such as orthopedic and sports injuries, joint replacement rehabilitation, and neuromuscular and vestibular conditions. An aspiration to pursue a master’s degree led her to study exercise science and kinesiology at the State University of New York at Buffalo. During her master’s, she joined the Center for Research and Education in Special Environments and helped in various exercise-related research projects.
Fenny believes that a patient’s trust and knowledge about the treatment process are crucial for a successful individualized treatment plan. She is also an internationally certified yoga instructor who strives to include yoga practices in the treatment plans. Her knowledge of physical therapy, exercise science, and yoga would help assess and treat clients better and help educate them efficiently.
She played volleyball and cricket in her undergraduate teams. She enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and playing sports like running, badminton, swimming, and rock climbing during her free time. Her future goal is to finish a half marathon in under 2 hours.
