Amanda earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of New England in Maine and her Bachelor of Public Health from American University in Washington D.C. While at University of New England, she researched muscular impairments in people with hip and low back pain.
Amanda’s clinical experiences were based throughout the east coast, where she had the opportunity to treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular conditions. Amanda’s interests in physical therapy range from sports orthopedics, pediatrics, and pelvic health. She is passionate about providing patient-centered care to help them achieve their individual goals. Amanda plans to continue her education to treat pelvic floor conditions.
In her free time she enjoys reading, running, rock climbing and spending time with her dog, Luna. She also enjoys spending time at the beach and surfing on Long Island.
