Rachel earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, PA. During her time at USciences, Rachel conducted research to close the knowledge gap on the utilization of blood flow restriction in combination with coordination/precision task training to improve upper extremity function in patients’ post stroke. Prior to receiving her doctoral degree, Rachel graduated from Syracuse University and earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science.
Rachel has gained extensive clinical experience throughout several outpatient affiliations allowing her to refine her skills treating the orthopedic population, the neurological population, specifically Parkinson’s Disease, alongside a specialized interest in vestibular rehabilitation. Her priority is to employ individualized treatment plans while providing in-depth patient education to allow each patient to achieve their greatest potential.
Rachel was raised in a suburb outside of Philadelphia, PA and is excited to relocate to NYC and explore all that NYC has to offer. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family/friends, traveling/trying new restaurants, watching sporting events, and going to the gym.
