Esha Tiwari received her Doctor of Physical Therapy for Practicing Physical Therapists from New York University, and her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from D.Y. Patil University in Pune, India. During her undergraduate studies, Esha was named vice-captain of her departmental soccer team for 3 consecutive years.
Esha was originally inspired to become a physical therapist after accompanying her grandmother to her physical therapy sessions. Enabling athletes from all walks of life and providing the right tools to get back in the field is one of her biggest drives in life. Her clinical experience predominantly includes outpatient musculoskeletal, sports, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Esha believes in a tailored approach with an emphasis on patient education and systematic and goal-oriented return to function.
Esha holds a Dan-I black belt in Taekwondo. As a big fan of stand-up comedy, she loves discovering new comedians and obscure podcasts. She also loves to doodle and sketch, play pool with her friends, and Bollywood dance.
