Kirstan earned her Associates’ degree to become a Physical Therapist Assistant at Clark State Community College. She also earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Training at Miami University. During her undergraduate education, she worked closely with student-athletes in several sports to provide on-field assessments as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Kirstan’s clinical interests include orthopedic and sports injury prevention. Her experience as a Certified Athletic trainer allowed her to work closely with various athletes and provided insight working with athletes in injury prevention and return to sports. She has taken several Pelvic Health continuing education courses and is excited to continue to build her skill set with this population. Kirstan believes in the importance of educating patients throughout their health journey to help improve their overall wellness and quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Kirstan enjoys anything and everything outdoors. She loves to travel, hike and golf. Kirstan also enjoys exploring and going on runs with her dog.
