Meredith earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College where she also received her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Health Studies, with a minor in Coaching. During her studies, Meredith worked part-time as a Physical Therapy Aide and Cross Country Coach.
Meredith developed a passion for Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy over the course of her three clinical rotations and now currently treats Orthopedic and Pelvic Floor conditions. From her own rehabilitative experience, she understands and appreciates the challenge of recovery. As a physical therapist, Meredith works with her patients to collaborate on goals and a personal plan of care to get back to living the life they love.
Meredith grew up on Long Island and has been familiar with Manhattan her whole life. In her spare time, she enjoys running along the East River or in Central Park, eating her way through the city, playing corn hole, and spending time with friends and family.
