Wilfred Cheung earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College and his Bachelor of Health Sciences with a concentration in Human Development and Disabilities from Stony Brook University. He grew up with many interests including swimming, basketball, baking, and dancing.
Wilfred pursued physical therapy as his passion for fitness, nutrition, and rehabilitation grew. He began as an aide, meeting and observing several therapists and working alongside them as they cared and progressed countless individuals to better health. Through his clinical rotations, Wilfred honed his skills as he worked with pediatrics to geriatrics and patients with various conditions, whether they had a musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, or cardiovascular injury.
In his free time, Wilfred enjoys playing basketball, video games, baking, and eating. He likes to stay active by weightlifting and swimming to keep up with his eating habits as he travels and experiences unique foods.
