Jennifer received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. Although Jennifer is originally from Chicago, IL, she grew up living in Michigan, New Jersey, and England.
Growing up playing field hockey and lacrosse, Jennifer’s interest in physical therapy began with an admiration of her high school’s athletic trainer. Although never injuring herself, Jennifer became intrigued by everything related to sports and the rehabilitation process. While working as a rehabilitation aide during her undergraduate years, Jennifer got a glimpse of the profound impact physical therapy can have on an individual. Her clinical experiences include acute inpatient, sports orthopedics, and outpatient neurological rehabilitation. Jennifer believes well-rounded care incorporates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to avoid re-injury. She looks forward to a career of personalized patient care to help others rehabilitate to achieve their individual goals in and out of the clinic.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys trying new workout classes, traveling, and watching sports. She values taking advantage of the outdoors and spending time with friends and family. New to the city, Jennifer looks forward to exploring all New York City has to offer.
