Jessica graduated with a Master of Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in downtown New Orleans. During her time at LSUHSC, she excelled academically, receiving the Scholastic Achievement in Occupational Therapy award.

Jessica’s focus within occupational therapy is specialized in pelvic health, where she integrates her knowledge of the body with a deep interest in trauma-informed care. Her approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that trauma affects us not only mentally but also physically, and that mindful movement can serve as a powerful tool for release and healing. Jessica has taken Herman & Wallace Levels 1 and 2A and plans to continue broadening her scope of practice to include all genders and ages. She has also been a dedicated Pilates instructor since 2017, bringing a holistic understanding of the body to her work with clients. Jessica combines her passion for Pilates with her clinical background to offer a comprehensive approach to health and wellness.

Outside of her professional life, Jessica loves to travel and hike, always eager to explore new places alongside her husband. She’s also a music enthusiast, both as a fan of live performances and a player of the piano and ukulele. During her eight years living in New Orleans, Jessica fully immersed herself in the city’s vibrant culture, living a life filled with parades, costumes, and festive celebrations. Those years of color, music, and creativity have left an indelible mark on her that she is happy to bring with her to New York City. Alongside her career and personal interests, Jessica deeply values community service as well. For six years, she was a committed weekly volunteer at a shelter for unhoused women and children in New Orleans, where she worked to support some of the city’s most vulnerable populations.

Through her work and personal endeavors, Jessica blends compassion, knowledge, and a deep sense of purpose, striving to help others find healing and empowerment in both body and mind.
