Alpika, a highly qualified Physical Therapist with a strong educational background in musculoskeletal and sport injuries. She obtained her Master’s degree from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and her Bachelor’s degree from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) in India.
Throughout her studies and career, Alpika has gained extensive experience through various conferences and workshops, including certifications in Kinesio Taping, Cupping therapy, Myofascial release therapy, and Pilates, as well as pre and postnatal coursework. This background has instilled in her a high level of passion for physical therapy, particularly her belief that true health encompasses more than just medical treatment.
With over three years of clinical experience, Alpika has had the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations across outpatient, acute care, and home health settings. Her interpersonal skills are exceptional, and she is known for her friendly and compassionate approach. Alpika’s treatment philosophy incorporates a holistic approach, combining manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to not only alleviate pain but also restore overall wellness and prevent future injuries.
To ensure she remains current with the latest research and techniques in physical therapy, Alpika engages in regular professional development. This commitment to ongoing learning enables her to provide the highest level of patient care possible.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Alpika is a dedicated spouse and loving mother to her toddler. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the city, watching movies, and trying new culinary experiences.
