Riddhi obtained her Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in India. She has been actively involved in the Switch India Organization’s community outreach program, which offers free health camps, conducts free health check-ups, and raises awareness about the significance of physical therapy within the community. 

Her passion for physical therapy stems from the belief that true health extends beyond medicine. It’s about physical health and functional movements, which profoundly impact the body and pave the way to a healthy life. In the last 4 years, she has gained experience in treating patients in acute care, burns unit, cardiac unit, outpatient departments and effectively managed a patient load encompassing orthopaedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and sports rehabilitation cases. Additionally, she has successfully treated individuals dealing with vertigo, spinal cord injuries, and paediatric conditions such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy and cerebral palsy. Riddhi consistently improves her expertise and professional abilities, certifications, and seminars on treatment techniques. She has gained certifications in Functional Kinesiotaping, Hands-on Workshop: Cancer Rehabilitation (Emphasis on Breast Cancer). She finds immense happiness by building meaningful connections with patients and making a positive difference in their lives by enhancing their quality of life and make them independent.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Riddhi is deeply passionate about Bharatanatyam, a traditional dance form, and has earned her graduation degree in it. Her passion for dance led her to participate in a Guinness Book record-breaking event for the largest Bharatanatyam dance performance in Kolhapur, India, in January 2015. She has a passion for singing, and sports like badminton, throwball. Riddhi loves to travel and has visited many places, experiencing different cultures and activities.
