Urvi earned her Master of Science in Exercise Science from Long Island University, Brooklyn, where she received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. While completing her degree, she also worked as a tutor in Human Anatomy and Physiology, helping students connect classroom learning to clinical application. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal Sciences, and her academic background combines physical therapy, exercise physiology, and sports nutrition, giving her a strong foundation in both rehabilitation and performance care.
Through her training and professional journey, Urvi has developed strong skills in patient evaluation, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and sports performance. She has worked with individuals recovering from complex musculoskeletal and neurological conditions as well as athletes preparing to return to play. These experiences, both in busy hospital settings and on the field, have taught her to adapt to each individual’s needs, collaborate effectively with teams, and provide care that blends scientific knowledge with empathy. She values precision, adaptability, and always keeps long-term outcomes at the center of her practice.
Outside the clinic, Urvi seeks balance in every aspect of life, nurturing her body, mind, and spirit through movement, curiosity, and mindfulness. She enjoys hiking, swimming, biking, basketball, and cooking, and loves road trips that take her to hidden corners of nature or nights spent stargazing. Friends often say she may seem reserved at first, but her warm and easygoing nature quickly shines through. She believes in living fully, embracing each moment with joy, and finding simple ways to bring positivity, calm, and a sense of harmony into everyday life.
