Alex received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro University and his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Molloy University. During his time at Touro, Alex was part of a research team that studied fall risk in older adults, comparing traditional observational methods with Kinotek 3D motion capture technology. This project highlighted how advanced movement analysis tools can detect subtle deficits in mobility and balance that clinicians might miss, reinforcing Alex’s interest in blending evidence-based care with innovative technology to improve outcomes.
Since entering the field, Alex has worked with a wide range of patients in outpatient and orthopedic settings. He has gained hands-on experience treating post-operative cases, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. With his background as an athlete, Alex understands the physical and mental demands of recovery, and he uses that perspective to connect with patients and guide them through every stage of the rehab process. His approach combines functional strength training, movement-based rehab, and individualized care plans to help patients return not just to baseline, but to a higher level of performance.
Outside the clinic, Alex is still all about movement. He enjoys weightlifting, golfing, and has recently taken up running. He brings that same energy into his therapy sessions, combining his athletic background with evidence-based rehab to help people move better, get stronger, and return to the things they love doing. At the end of the day, Alex’s goal is to make sure each patient feels heard, motivated, and confident in their recovery.
