Heather graduated from Stony Brook University with an undergraduate degree in Health Science with a concentration in disability studies. She continued her journey at Stony Brook earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Heather experienced well rounded clinical affiliations in outpatient, inpatient, school, and acute care settings. Although originally focused on outpatient treatment, she also found her passion for treating the pediatric population in her third and fourth affiliations. With experience working with infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents, Heather has a special interest in the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of developmental, neuromuscular, and orthopedic pediatric conditions, including cerebral palsy, developmental delays, torticollis, Down syndrome, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
In her free time, Heather enjoys playing tennis, reading books and caring for house plants/gardens. She is an avid New York sports fan who loves watching the Knicks especially. She truly enjoys helping people identify their goals and working with them to achieve their highest ambitions.
