Rheena is a licensed Physical Therapist in New York and New Jersey, and a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC in the UK. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana and her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from De La Salle University in the Philippines. She is certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Management through the American Institute of Balance (AIB), and also holds certifications in Kinesio Taping, Graston Technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and as a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults (CEEAA).

With over 18 years of clinical experience in both the U.S. and the UK, Rheena has worked in a variety of outpatient settings treating individuals with vestibular, orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and age-related conditions. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and personalized, one-on-one care. Her mission is to help patients heal better, recover well, and live fully by delivering individualized care and tailored exercise programs that support recovery and align with each patient’s functional goals. She is committed to continually expanding her clinical toolbox to provide the highest standard of care. She has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and has earned a reputation for her ability to connect with patients and peers alike.

Outside of work, Rheena enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She is also passionate about giving back and embraces opportunities for volunteerism and community service as part of her broader commitment to care.
