Pinki is an occupational therapist with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from New York University. Her education at NYU cultivated a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and client-centered care, with a focus on empowering people to engage in their everyday activities.
Pinki is particularly passionate about hand therapy and neurorehabilitation. During her clinical training, Pinki completed her fieldwork experiences in outpatient neurorehabilitation and orthopedic/neurological hand therapy. She gained hands-on experience evaluating and treating individuals with spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and upper extremity conditions such as arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and distal radius fractures. She worked closely with interdisciplinary teams and incorporated principles of neuroplasticity, task-specific training, and adaptive strategies to improve her client’s independence and quality of life.
Outside of her professional work, Pinki enjoys crocheting, video games, staying active, exploring NYC’s diverse food scene, and spending time with her friends and family. Pinki brings warmth, adaptability, and a strong collaborative approach. She is dedicated to supporting individuals through all stages of recovery and life transitions.
